Possibly coupled with, "Would you taste as good?"
"Sharing" would be holding out the food for the cat, not watching the cat while eating.
The cat, of course, is alternating between thoughts: "I want that, it's mine, but can I take it from him?" and "When my food's done eating, maybe I'll be able to surprise it. But it is big, so probably not."
Still, it is cute.
