(7,528 posts)I remember one of my brilliant felines desperately pawing at the patio door to come in from outside one day. I let her in, and she desperately ran to use her litter box.
The Velveteen Ocelot
(115,693 posts)She'd hang out in the yard all day, not doing much but pretending to hunt, but she'd always demand to come inside to use the litter box. She'd do her business, then she'd immediately insist on going back out to not hunt for awhile longer.

(7,811 posts)They have a small room AC in a window just opposite my kitchen window. "Their" cat (I think they're feeding it) sauntered over to the window, leaped straight up about 4 feet, and walked through one of the accordion space fillers next to the AC. Our local cats behave as though they own this little street, and judging by the obedience their people give them, the cats are right.

(4,940 posts)You're not owned by a cat. We have a fence system that makes sure they don't get out of the yard, their "allotted area". And the door is there, except when it goes to 20 below.
At least ONE gets stuck every spring!
This is great. Saving for spouse to giggle at in the morning!
