but to tie your horse in the middle of them?

I was at a cutting horse show once where between the event arena and the parking lot was a long path or a shorter path going up and down concrete stairs. They were wide and outdoors though. We rode up and down them and it was quite fun, I never knew my horse was OK with stairs.

This poor dear does not look terribly upset about this thankfully because it would be a heck of a place to have to get an upset horse out of.

Anyone know the story here?
