raise and lower your paper. A bit of a pain, but worth it for the accurate drawing. It's limited to small pieces, though, which is a bummer.

than the iPad, unless it's done in sections. I set up the stand to see if it will work but haven't gotten around to doing anything with it yet. I normally do sketches for paintings using grids or transfer paper.

is really your height. You can't go higher than you can see and simultaneously reach the drawing surface.
