Has anyone here installed a USB turntable?

I was given one as a gift.

I am horrible at installations and so forth. Is this, by any chance, easily plug and play? Or is it going to be a PIA?

It was absolutely plug and play, assuming you feed it to a computer. There are numerous free software programs that allow you clean up static, etc. Easy peezy.
