...than it is "More Than A Feeling". And, they're not really White Room chords either. The mood the chord changes set are, however, evocative of White Room.
See my post 2. The changes aren't even close.

Teen Spirit is E/A/G/C. That's I-V-bIII/bVI.
The Boston tune is G/C/Em/D. That's I-IV-VIm-V.
The changes aren't close to the same.
Cobain did not rip off Scholz.
And, Billy (who I've met a couple times) is not the genius he pretends to be.
I'm not even sure I believe the story he tells actually happened.
BTW: In that mash-up you can hear that the note Delp sings on "play" is not in the scale of the Nirvana song chord.
