4. I believe the guitarist is Steve "The Deacon" Hunter from Central Illinois.

He was the go-to guy for producer Bob Ezrin and played, often uncredited, on records from Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, Lou Reed, Mitch Ryder, and many more.

These days, he is blind from glaucoma and is living in Spain.

6. Hunter came out to Phoenix a year or two ago for an Alice Cooper fundraiser

I believe he played with the surviving original Alice Cooper band for a couple songs.
