I instantly recognize most of their 70's Top 40 hits,
but I only ever had one of their albums--
the one with 'Don't Bring Me Down' on it---
which was their last strong 'Top 40' hit, if memory serves---
circa 1978 or 1979


The ONE song which I had often heard the name of,
but went decades without hearing it enough to recall it,
was 'Mr. Blue Sky'!

Now in the last few years, my favorite station which plays 60s-70s-80s music
played it a lot, and I said to myself, "Hey-- that's the song I heard so much about,
but seems that I never heard before!"

I think maybe it was popular on FM rock, before I got really into FM album rock around 1981...
