(8,709 posts)My mom used to tease him that it was the only move he could make and he took full advantage of it. He was a very tall, lean muscle bodybuilder back in the day and we loved his Wakanda moving shoulders and one stretched out arm, the other bent as he did the Shotgun.
The dancer on the right in the white dress did it right, too. And the kids at about 1:08 all I could find of the dance.

(41,131 posts)How fit these folks are in the 1960s, given that some are professionals; your uncle must have been a blast to watch.
This music is also for working out or at least moving, we're so tubby now from lifestyle & toxins.
Great stuff and an era of American music that we must keep alive.
