1. A bit before my time but Danny Whitten, Nils Lofgren and Ry Cooder had a band - Crazy Horse

And they did this tune too, on an album they released in 71 - in between Neil Young hiring them for tours and sessions.

It is a shame that a lot of their master tapes were destroyed in the Universal fire.
