Led Zeppelin's 'Tea For One' from Presence (which was of course 7 or so years later). Zep's is a slightly slower tempo, but overall very similar bluesy feel and song structure.
LZIII from 1970's "Since I Been Loving You" is also quite similar, come to think of it.

the interplay between Duane and Boz and the fact that Duane manages to go nuts but stay within the structure of the song are what makes me love this song as much as I do

I guess my dog has never heard organ before because she immediately lifted her head up at the intro and stayed listening for quite a while. Maybe she just dug the song.
