case of the Chantays original. "Walk, Don't Run" had been written and recorded by Johnny Smith, and the Ventures first heard the Chet Atkins cover. They also covered the Shadows' Apache and the Tornados' Telstar really well.

As a 13 year old, I wanted to be able to play that on the drums so bad.....
