First, you didn't mention Nancy is in it. That was a very nice surprise.
It's a very good & faithful rendition of it, right down to copying Roger's guitar solo.
And, Gretchen sings the absolute daylights out of it.

I've been a nut about Heart since the first time I heard Crazy On You. It came out a few months before my undergrad days ended.
I was working weekends as a janitor in a banquet hall/bar and I was the only one there, so I could play what I wanted, as loud as I wanted over the building system. I stopped doing what I was doing to hear that sing through.
Went & bought the album a few days later.
