They also happen to make Tempo, which is my favorite metronome app, and can be accessed from a button within Pitch if you purchase both.

From Fender. The metronome is found in the Tools set on the bottom of the screen. It has a tap function, too. So, you could tap along with a song, and get a tempo, then use it for practice.
Even better, it has a rhythm tool, so you could practice to an actual beat not just a click.
The sounds aren't great, but there's many beat options to choose from. 5 categories with 9 -13 variations per category.
As to the tuner, there are three modes. One just gives an audio pitch and you match by ear. The second is Autotune, and the third is Pro which has a mini-strobe, which makes tempering easier.
There are about a dozen different tuning modes.
Plus, there are chord & scale tips built in.
