These will be arriving sometime today. I have purchased their pure vintage once on a strat project.
I purchased this set off of Reverb , plan is I’ll swap them out Thursday guitar is a tele clone ash body .
My idea of going to alnico 3 along with replacing the pots and period wiring of that time.
My thoughts are perhaps these pickups will be more subtle in my playing style mostly finger picking.
Compared to the Alnico 5 pickups that came stock with this guitar.
Not a bad price for these pickups once hearing the tones that i can get out of the set they call pure vintage i put in the one Mexican Stratocaster.
Just sitting here having coffee this morning I’m alone and trying to keep it somewhat normal in this fuckery we live in take care.
Oh i also added the set for the strat i modded for the price these are decent.
