I don't know this dog or his humans. I saw them at the river this morning and enjoyed watching him learn from being very tentative about going in the water to adapting quickly and obviously enjoying retrieving the training duck. I was quite a distance away and was pretty happy with the picture I was able to take with my cheap, old Canon.

Your composition includes the plant in the lower right corner, the Yellow Lab mid-frame with water dribbling from the end of his curved tail, his wet fur, and cool pool* reflection and the duck in-jaws. The just-out-of-focus plant adds perspective to the scene, the rest of which is in great focus.
Very nice!
*Albeit a river, pool does rhyme with cool . . .
