Behold: The Meatball!

1. Hmmmmmm

My mom used to make big 3" meatballs with parsley and raisins and bread crumbs. The meatballs I buy in the store ... yuck

7. I neither made this, nor bought it in a store! I bought it in my meat market!

They have a deal with another meat market. My market supplies the second one with the meat, and that market constructs the meatballs, and cooks them with some thick tomato sauce/paste!

All I have to do is reheat them, and then dish, serve and EAT!

Easy, quick and yummy!

And..........photogenic...

The lighting was supplied by the near-to-setting sun, coming in my kitchen window! That was part of the reason for taking the photo.
