High School Track Meet

I came away with a few nice images from my daughter's track meet last night, here's a couple of my favorites.

(You'd think when architects design high school track facilities that they'd put more thought into making sure the sun is always where photographers want it to be ).

I had one of a long jumper falling forward after he landed with his face enveloped in the billowing sand, but it wasn't in focus. Would have been an incredible shot but I guess it just wasn't meant to be.
