8. 'Really' warming up here, DC suburbs,

23 but up and down, closer to 30 near the cottage but I'm sure colder AT the cottage, river/creek causing cooler temps AND winds.

The 7-day forecast is for temps in the high 30s and 40s for at least the next week. Also lots of rain along the coasts. I wish we could send some down to CA.
