(11,518 posts)5. I'm not much on naming photos, I guess. And it's honestly quite easy to do with Gimp (or photoshop)
I use Gimp, Photoshop wouldn't be much different.
Selecting the outline of the sunglasses takes the longest. There's a tool to semi-automatically select boundaries, but it's not perfect so you have to zoom in and make minor corrections to the selection. Then just make a layer mask out of the selection, make the bottom layer b/w, and that's about it other than cleanup and tweaking the colors.
That was a photo I took of my son when he was 13 (he's 20 now - God I feel old !!!)
