I'm excited! I woke this morning to a snow day and an image published on CNN

CNN did an iReport story about Urban Exploration, so I decided to sign up to be an iReporter and do a short little bit on my adventures. They contacted me this morning about including one of my images in the story. I am now one of those people that professional photographers hate but it was a good way to start a crappy day (can't find the shovel to shovel snow with and we got plenty of snow).

11. I really appreciate you posting this.

It inspired me to talk to a friend about some abandoned buildings in our local area. She pointed me to a couple and one has really cool architecture, especially for an old manufacturing plant. Once the snow clears out I will taking some photos of it. I really needed some new inspiration, so again, thank you.
