Okay, got my Oly Epl1 fullspectrum camera.

Don't have the filters for it yet but I do have 58mm 720 nm and 950 nm IR filters from an aborted project a few years back. Have to hold them in front of the lens with my left hand while manipulating the camera with the right which is, at best, awkward but okay for testing.

Here is direct from the camera full spectrum; UV, visible light and IR.

and messed around with color channels,

here's the 720 nm straight,

and converted to B&W with tweeking,

lastly 950 nm straight,

and as with 720 nm,

They could use a bit more refining but I wanted to get something up quickly. I could buy an IR/UV cutoff filter and use the camera for regular photography but why bother when I have my wife's EPL1 and the M5.

Have a minor issue with camera and will return it for a fix, postage paid both ways. I'm impressed with this fellow's dedication to customer service.

If anyone has a use for 58mm IR filters PM me. When the 40.5mm filters arrive I'll mail them to you.

In order to pass UV light, it's made out of phosphate glass. They are no longer made and are extremely expensive on the used market. At one time, someone was making a replica out of quartz, but it wasn't as good and it too was extremely expensive.

I really need to get some more use out of my IR converted D5000. I took it out and messed with it the other day and found it only focuses well with certain lenses. Here's a pic I took a couple of years ago with it. The tricky part of post processing it getting your white balance just right before you do the color channel swaps.
