Fair Thread 1

I went to the fair yesterday. This was not the County Fair, which takes place in Calistoga over the 4th of July, and this year, lasted all of one day. This was the Napa Town and Country Fair in Napa, Wed through Sunday. A much better fair anyway, in my opinion. I'm breaking this up into several threads so as not to overload dialup people.

Some fine looking veggies and lots of blue ribbons.

The carriage collection was on display

I was particularly intrigued by the turning function on this one.

I didn't photograph any of the art or quilts or the baked goods, but it's alway fun to see those exhibits as well.

Love that area (lived in Napa for a year). You really captured the spirit of a fair. Great work!

I'm going to the State Fair up in Sacramento over the weekend, and I plan on shooting some. Just hope mine are anywhere near as nice as yours!
