This was a really hard shot, shooting into the sparkling water, but I kind of like this one even though the birds are kind of shadowed out. I wasn't expecting all the starbursts, but I like them.

10. I was really lucky.

I took several shots here, but most of them were blown out or had sun flares. I was excited to see the sparkles - I must have accidentally had the f/stop set just right.

and thanks for reminding me, Blue, I saw swans here on the creek last year, first, before I got the camera (in November,) and later, before I found the 'zoom' feature! I do see them at the city park when I go to western MD, so may look for them again next week.
