The April contest

Since it's come to the time to be seeing signs of coming out of what has been a cruel winter for many, and also being my birthday month, I have decided to celebrate April with the theme of Color Riot.

Color Riot can be any explosions of color that you want, with interpretation of this theme as literal, figurative, abstract, metaphorical, and creative post processing allowed.

I will open up submissions and comment threads Friday night, April 10, and hopefully with 30 submissions, or not by April 17th or 18th, will post for prelims to run.

With so many here that have shown what they can do with color, filters and more, I am hoping this will be a fun contest for all of you.
