It's a beautiful plant.

You can train them up onto a trellis since they will drape down very spectacularly. The flowers are white and then the berries come along as you see them here.

Easy care, if i recall correctly.

My mom used to grow them under the windows for security. They are very showy both in bloom and when they got to fruit. My mom couldn't manage to kill them and she definitely didn't have a green thumb.

Yes, they are surely beautiful, so I took lots of photos for them, but I haven't seen its flowers, white flowers? It sounds great, do you have the pictures of its flowers? Really want to get them.

Sorry, just because of my mistake operation, I sent you two identical replies and now this one is definitely not repeat, because I searched the pictures on the Internet , saw the white flower. When pyracantha blossom time, is it like this?

I don't have any photos of the plant we had (it was years ago) but I can still see them in my mind's eye! Very beautiful.

The plant is normally covered in them.

I said the "fruit" means the result of one kind of plant, not one fruit can be eaten, maybe this " pyracantha " can't be eaten, I think they tasted bitter. However they are really very beautiful. I like everyone of them.

Don't eat the fruit, but it will draw lots of birds. They sometimes get drunk on the berries, which adds to the entertainment. Drought tolerant and not a fire hazard, which comes in handy in California.

And welcome to the photo group. It's a safe haven from the political drama elsewhere.

Although pyracantha is very attractive in color, it can't eat, if I have time, there is also a chance. I would plant such a "pyracantha" to dress up my home.
