How does one post from Imgur here?

I can no longer log onto Photoshop. Aggravating. So, I tried to sign up on Flickr but they won't give you an account if you don't have a mobile phone. What's up with that? Finally got onto Imgur and uploaded a photo but it doesn't show up here, only the link. Any suggestions? I REALLY need to be able to post a photo next Sunday.

Thanks!

I don't believe that it is permitted. TexasTowelie Oct 2016 #1
Tried it. Didn't work hermetic Oct 2016 #3
If you right-click the image on imgur, you should be able to copy the image address. Make7 Oct 2016 #2

Only files with a .jpg, .jpeg, or .png extension are allowed. You might try posting the link and then typing one of the extensions to see if it will work though and put it in preview mode to see if the photo is shown.

Just paste the address to the actual image file (*.jpg, *.png, etc.) into your DU post and it should show the image. Like this:

When you first upload an image on imgur (desktop version), you can mouse-over it and hit the down arrow to Get share links - use the BBCode link here (you don't need the [img] tags, but DU will ignore them).
