... at Point Reyes, but even that was "entertaining."

The other pics were from Big Sur. The weather was so comfortable there! I didn't see any whales or seals, unfortunately.

to a beach.

I gashed the heck out of a toe walking on the sharp rocks in one of the pics. That was called Jade Cove. I was wearing sandals like a dummy when I butt-shimmied my way down there to look for jade. I had to clean dirt out of the cut after climbing up the ridiculously steep "trail" back to the top. I should've walked back to the rental car and put on my hiking boots before going down there.

I guess it wasn't all fun after all.

It was truly a nice time overall, though!

Well, OK - maybe it's just me but I always hurt myself while traveling. Usually minor, but still...

Hope your toe healed quickly!
