(1,451 posts)She loved Joseph Beths (I admit I had never been downstairs) and of course we spent time admiring the various waterfowl in the pond. Beautiful representation of Lexington Green in a non- touristy way. Ill never view it the same way...thanks!

(60,071 posts)Downstairs is the children's section, maps, travel info and, such. There's also easy access to the pond. I like the addition of the swans.

(1,451 posts)We live here and are long time patrons of JB 😊. Our granddaughter is 2 and we were proud to introduce her to a local treasure! Again, I appreciate your pictures of a very familiar place photographed such that I didnt recognize it at first. Stunning talent!

(60,071 posts)I need to check out the distillery district again. It's a hidden jewel. It's at the old Jos Pepper distillery on Manchester street.

(22,380 posts)They are descriptive, and the black and white turns them stark. I like four the very best, the addition of the people softens and adds life. Next favorite is three because I like the shadows and the inscrutability of it. One is very appealing also because it shows the unusually beautiful bark, which though again appears in my favorite.
Thank you!

(60,071 posts)It also reminds me of some of the minimalist art out of Asia.
I've been shooting at 28mm, and I like it.
I have started lusting over the Ricoh GRIII. It's totally impractical. It is basic, no flash or viewfinder. It's just a brick with a lens.
