Having an issue importing a pic for my profile

from my camera roll (iPhone)....error received is "size must be 10kb"......

Any suggestions on how to reduce the size of the pic to du format?

1. Send it to your own email and open it in Paint program.

If it is a regular picture, you can shrink the size and the file size will also shrink.

You can also change the format to jpg and save it.

If you have a windows computer, you probably have paint.

Do a search for paint program and open the image with it.

Then do a search for how to resize an image.

7. Ipad may have a photo program

I don't have an Ipad so don't know what it has.
