UPDATE on SUMMER contest

I'm going to post the submission thread earlier than planned. I'll post it next week and start the prelims when we hit 30 entries. If we don't get 30 entries, I'll do the prelims the first week in Sept. with the goal of ending the contest on Sept 10.

This should give plenty of time for the Sept. contest.
