This is an 8 part anthology about people who believe they are descended from the Russian royal family.

I loved the first two episodes. 3 and 4, I turned off. 5-7 are brilliant. Not seen 8 yet.

Casting is amazing: many names and faces you will know. Example: I kept looking at the husband wondering where I had seen him in episode 7. I Googled him and he played the Dad on the short-lived 'The Real O'Neals.' Jay R Ferguson

1. Incredibly uneven, but there were some good segments...

At some point, the supposed tie that was supposed to bind the episodes (the Romanoffs) seemed very tenuous , giving quite a few episodes an incredibly disjointed feeling.

2. Must agree. I kept thinking maybe there was something happening at some level

that I wasn’t getting.

the fact that they were not all cut out of the same cloth. Makes for an interesting series. I've really enjoyed it.
