Actor & voice over Alan Reed was #BornOnThisDay, Aug. 20, 1907. Known as the original voice of Fred Flintstone on The Flintstones (1960-'66) & various spinoff series. A heavy smoker, suffering from emphysema he passed in 1977 (age 69) from a heart attack. #RIP #QuitSMOKING #BOTD
