"House of Cards" with Kevin Spacey. Dang it looks good!
Bad, for a greater good.
Ruthless and cunning, Congressman Francis Underwood (Oscar® winner Kevin Spacey) and his wife Claire (Robin Wright) stop at nothing to conquer everything. This wicked political drama penetrates the shadowy world of greed, sex, and corruption in modern D.C. Kate Mara (American Horror Story) and Corey Stoll (Midnight in Paris) costar in the first original series from David Fincher (The Social Network) and Beau Willimon (The Ides of March).

It had me at the words wicked political drama and Spacey was the cherry on the friggin cake. Ugh. I don't want to watch it on my computer so I guess I'll have to order Netflix at $7.99 a month I think.

Those who have seen it will know the reoccurring phrase: "You might say that, but I never could".

I don't think I'm gonna be able to resist this one. I might just watch the original too, if/when I decide to buy a netflix subscription.
BBC always has some good shows. I'm hooked on BBCA's Luther and can't wait for another season of that one. Man their seasons don't have many episodes though.

(60,010 posts)I know what you mean, tho..I have a backlog of movies and shows.
someone here turned me on to The Good Wife and I have been watching whole chunks of it at a sitting.
Quite a few shows now are "mini-sodes" in that they are only 2 to 6 episodes long. Makes for an interesting change.http://www.petfinder.com/pet-search?N=&Nf=coords|GCLT+31.5323%2C-87.328+161|lat|BTWN+30.0863+32.9783|lon|BTWN+-18132.707+17958.051&No=75&Ns=coords%2831.5323%2C-87.328%29||shelter_name||animal_type||pet_breed_1||pet_breed_2||identifier&Ntk=animal_type|record_type|status&Ntt=Dog|pet|A&distance=100&lat=31.5323&location=36460&lon=-87.328&name&pet_age&pet_breed&pet_gender&startsearch=Go
