Any Amazing Race fans out there?

Why do good shows have to change the formula that made them good?

the best part about AR was seeing ordinary people cope and try to survive the race. couples fighting. husbands huffing and puffing running up a hill, a wife who refuses to eat worms.

now, it's just hand-picked athlete types with a sob story or sexy blonde girls

Too many buff LA types, just the occasional token Asian team, or a (to them) comic relief Southern rural team.

Not at all representative of America. Show me some Hispanics, show me some true middle class slightly overweight school teacher or car dealer.

I think the first seasons were more diverse.
