The Following lost me last night... (((((spoiler)))))

That had to be the two worse defensive postures in the history of defensive postures...

When the US Marshals were easily taken down and then the two highly trained FBI agents defended Claire in the supposed well defended home.

Me and my 15 years old son could have done a far better job than that.

It is incredibly frustrating to watch. I keep saying they need to get Mr. Reese (from Person of Interest) to track this guy down and kick his butt. It would be over in an hour, though, if they did that. I really don't know why I keep watching this show. I don't like any of the characters.

There's only a few more episodes, so we may stick it out, just to see how they end the season, but we won't be back. I honestly expected better from Kevin Bacon and James Purefoy, but then again, when I saw that one of the producers was the guy who did those Scream movies, I had my doubts. His touch is obvious in all those silly "Boo!" moments. Good actors can only do so much with bad writing and directing, and that's the main problem.

Looking for the bad guys...I said WTF?

Nothing like completely leaving yourself exposed.

Tonight's episode was just as bad, if not worse. Hubby was yelling at the TV!

I can't even watch it... In every TV thriller show there are a couple of things that you have to suspend disbelief.

This one is just silly.

...they started to lose me when the regular cop let himself get killed in the barn as the perp just kept walking towards him...then they lost me some more when the bad guy engineered a prison transfer, because, hey that's just so realistic that a serial killer gets whatever he demands, and then they totally lost me when, surprise, surprise, the prisoner escaped during the transfer...yeah...that has never been filmed before...

The level of violence is also beginning to disturb me...it's a show about serial killers, i get it, but the violence seems to me to be fetishized...and I don't think that's a good thing...

The FBI should protest the ridiculous writing of every episode of this show.

I really wanted to love it, and I kept giving it just one more episode to get better, but I just yell at the TV too.

I'm totally done now, and I'm just hoping Hannibal isn't as lame as this one.

I actually yelled at the TV Monday night when they split up and what's-his-name snatched up Joey. And the very ending of the show -- crazy cult woman, icepick to the eye. No one frisked her, they let her walk behind them...DUMB. And hot Paul's gone. Why bother...
