Reminds me of John, From Cincinnati..

I tried to like it, gave it multiple tries.. I just don't like any of the characters and especially cannot stand Jon Voight..

1. I've only watched one episode......

I was not impressed & don't know if I'll get bored enough to watch anymore. I'm with you 100% on the cannot stand John Voight comment.

2. Extraordinarily contrived to the point of banality ...

you can see the characters, their relationships with each other, and the plot coming from a mile away. I totally agree with your easement of the characters too -- no one is likable.

Had producers focused more on Donovan's day job -- professional celebrity fixer -- they might have had something.

3. I am still watching it.

I actually like it OK. I am fond of Liev Schreiber if only because if he had lighter hair and fairer skin he could be my son, they look so much alike. <---not really a good reason to like an actor but there it is

I like the developing story of the brothers. Not crazy about Voight but he is playing the part well. I will wait it out and see what develops.

4. I love it.

I hate Jon Voight, too. But he's playing a thoroughly hateable character. There's quite a few stories going on and I hope they pare it down in the future. And like one of the posters above, I'd also like to see more of Ray doing his job. His sidekick chick needs more screen-time.
