Which is why how they handled this last episode is quite satisfying.

I shall miss it, very much.

and a sense that all will continue against the backdrop of the music.

JOhn Goodman broke my heart in that show, but I kept watching nonetheless. It is sort of sad that more did not come to appreciate it.

to the people of NOLA and Treme's little spotlight on those lives and times.

I admit to being misty eyed.
and am so glad I have copies of the series, as I do of all of david Simon's work.

The Wire is a masterpiece.
