Just watched Episode TWO of season four!! WOW.... I can't wait to see the current shows..to come.

1. I thought it was a great episode

Glad to see him die painfully. He was a monster. Now we get to see the power struggle.

.. I read that the actor who plays Joffrey is getting out of the acting business.

Apparently the kid can't go to the grocery store without being derided- the hate for his character is so strong that it bleeds over into the actor's life.

I can't imagine being typecast (character-cast?) at such a young age that it makes the possibility of doing anything else in the field unlikely.

3. I remember reading that happened to

George Reeves...who was the guy who played Superman in the 1950s. Every where he went for an acting job they said, "we don't want Superman, in our show.."

If I recall correctly, there was a bit of a scandal surrounding his (apparent) suicide, rumors of a married lover, and some money.

I agree, the Queen of Thorns involvement wouldn't surprise me at all...

Then again, there's probably a long line of people who would've volunteered if given the chance to do so...

I think Tywin would've loved to take him out.
