should provide a basis for legal challenges to the voter restriction/suppression laws that the R state legislatures are enacting....No fraud = no need for voting restrictions.

(if we have any chance of getting some federal Voting Rights legislation passed) - any state that DID pass these bullshit voter suppression laws should automatically be added to a new "pre-clearance" list for DOJ review, since the SCOTUS threw out that part of the VRA claiming it was out of date, and should be reviewed and updated.
