1. Just pick the time you like best and stick to it. Individual freedom, america, and let chaos ring!

3. I think so

Since they aren’t on it anyway, making it permanent won’t apply to them. I could be wrong. The whole opt out thing will be interesting as the experiment unfolds.

9. When the sun is directly overhead, will the clock say noon or 1pm?

16. but not at 12:00 anywhere under this new regime

Sundial manufacturers will be poised to make a fortune if they get out ahead of this with new models that have 1:00 in the noon position

22. It's going to be huge!

Or for half the price of a realignment, these stick on Roman numerals can be yours for one low low price!

13. According to the Lake Powell News - No changes for AZ.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Senate unanimously passed a bill known as the Sunshine Protection Act. If the Bill also passes in the House of Representatives and is signed by President Biden, it would make daylight savings time permanent starting in 2023. According to the offices of Arizona’s U.S. Senators, this bill will essentially not effect Arizona, which has a permanent time zone. Since the Pacific coast states move to Mountain Standard Time during daylight savings time, Arizona would always be aligned with those states instead of being an hour ahead during the winter months. The bill specifically states that Arizona and Hawaii, the only other state that has a permanent time zone, would be allowed to remain on their current standard time. Arizona has had a permanent time zone since 1967.

18. I don't think it's possible

Arizona and Hawaii are exempted from this, since they are never on Daylight Saving Time anyway.

Most of us are already on DST for nearly 8 months. DST is more "Standard" than Standard is.

20. no doubt, we will see how people like it this time around

last time it lasted for about 9 months before people were sick of busting loose in winter at the crack of dawn just so people could avoid losing an hour of sleep each spring (nobody ever complains about fall back obviously)
