Yes. I would never have been caught dead off post in anything other than Class A uniform. Today you seldom see soldiers wearing anything other than fatigues. Class A's are almost never seen. The military seems to have lost it's semse of self respect.

this was a fun story. I had no idea and no idea that drive-throughs where so recent. Or that the first one was so "local"
I remember in high school (early-mid 70s) you could get two cheeseburgers and one hamburger for $1! That was what my best friend Dave always ordered. I think I got a cheeseburger and a small drink and had a little change left, that I don't really remember.
