Related: About this forumCan someone help me RE: AHCCCS?
I'm trying to find out if there are time limits or work requirements.
I'm concerned because I'm on AHCCCS now, but I'm worried that I will be denied in the future. I'm disabled (not officially yet - still in the appeals process), so there's no way I can work to fulfill a work requirement.
I've tried searching the internet but all I can find is that so far it's at least been proposed to have a five-year limit and work requirements. I don't know if anything further has happened.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

(55,007 posts)at this point in time with the fuckheads in power who knows what will happen? are you single, childless? that group could get cut out again if medicaid gets cut.
I think AHCCCS is income based and as long as it is in place and your income is insufficient to get kicked off you should be good.
I don't think there is a 5 year limit currently for AHCCCS, other benefits may have limits.

(468 posts)That worries me too. I think until the ACA came around it was only available to children and parents.
I have no income coming in (until I get approved for disability), so as long as that's the only requirement I should be fine.
Thank you!
