5. Yes indeed. I remember when Prop. 13 passed. It was peddled by corporations as help for grandma.

Now grandma and the rest of us individuals pay over 72% of the property taxes. It was a total scam. Prop. 13 should be severely amended if not outright repealed. Seniors and others with low incomes should get the break that Prop. 13 provides, but no one else.
