I live 35 minutes from the fire. The ash and air quality alone indicate the fires are burning. onecaliberal Nov 2020 #6

Meadow Lakes cam shows the best view of the incident area... and it look pretty clear this morning... you can find the cam link from the incident report or

that said there could still be pockets of fire in the valleys especially on the eastern side of the sierras near mammoth lakes area... and admittedly there aren't a lot of cams near there.

Not to mention the local news reports it daily. So yeah. Fire IS STILL burning here. This particular fire since End of September.

there are literally hundreds of cameras on top of PGE power line towers around the state... I scan stills from a dozen or so every day.

Right now I see no evidence of large or small fires in CA.

I know northern CA got a little rain in the last few days... and there is snow in the Sierras. I don't know about southern CA.

calfire still lists dozens of incidents, but most haven't been updated in a month or more

to a point that structures are not threatened. I don't know of any evacuations that are still in effect.
