NO WAR Action in Pasadena tonight

Message from the host of: "Hell No! Diplomacy First - No War in Syria"

The following is a message from the host of Hell No! Diplomacy First - No War in Syria, the Vigil to oppose strikes on Syria that you signed up to attend:

Hello to all who will be joining us tonight. Thank you for signing up!

We will make 5 or 6 larger signs with messages consistent with "No War in Syria". We've created these in Adobe PDF documents suitable for printing on 11 x 17 paper. The reason that we wanted to do this vigil is very specifically to put community pressure on our congressional representatives, Judy Chu and Adam Schiff to vote against authorization military strikes in Syria. Repeating this consistently to any media that is there will be very helpful (use their names often if you speak to the press).

We will have some candles but will welcome additional ones if you would like to bring a few extra to share. Bringing a few lighters will help, as will bringing some small paper cups to keep candles from dripping on your hands.

If there are any who have cameras or video cameras, please bring them. We would like to be able to share pics and video online after the event.

Our plan is to gather on the east steps of City Hall and then walk to the Paseo to engage the drive-by traffic on Colorado Blvd.
