Nearly 600 homes owned by Caltrans along the proposed 710 Corridor Project will soon be up for sale, expedited by a bill the governor signed.

What a tremendous opportunity to establish an affordable, sustainable community near Gold Line transit!

I'm trying to start a housing movement of my own. Please check out my condo board oversight petition on MoveOn.Org.

I'm sick of condo boards pushing people around, not abiding by their own CC&Rs, and not obeying the law. Who has the time or money to drag them into court? No one, so the get away with all kinds of things they shouldn't. Since there are no penalties for violating the Davis-Sterling Act, they can just ignore any part of it they don't agree with. It's treated like a list of suggestions rather than a law.

Here's the link.
http://petitions.moveon.org/sign/condo-oversight-petition.

I hope you'll check it out and add your name.

Thanks,
Tom
