Lawsuit.

Also, arrest the arresters for violating the constitution.

In fact, it will likely be thrown out long before it goes to trial.

7. ARRESTING PEOPLE TODAY BUT NOT ON JANUARY 6th?

Other than the protestor who was killed (and another trampled by her own mob) none of the insurrectionists on January 6th were arrested, even after fighting with police, so that it was left to the FBI to track them down using video and social media posts. I don't think any of these people are attacking the police which tends to support the story that Trump put out the order not to bother the people who came to his rally, which is why Trump lies and tries to claim that Nancy Pelosi was in charge of the National Guard when in fact it was Trump and the Secretary of Defense.

I do not believe they are being arrested literally FOR protesting (as the headline suggests) I believe it's more likely that they're being arrested for doing something illegal. That makes more sense to me.

Not ONE of the Jan 6 insurrectionists were arrested Jan 6 for illegally entering the grounds of the Capitol beyond the barriers, let alone the destruction of the Capitol and harming or killings of people or police. Not ONE.
But they are arresting peaceful protesters for whatever benign illegality they have committed.

Yes... my point is that these protesters are doing something illegal (or refusing to obey lawful commands) and they're being arrested for that, not for protesting. What good purpose does it serve to characterize it as anything other than what is honestly going on?

Not ONE of the Jan 6 insurrection lists were arrested Jan 6 for illegally entering the grounds of the Capitol beyond the barriers, let alone the destruction of the Capitol and harming or killings of people or police. Not ONE.
I don't see the connection or how the two things compare. But I do see the differences. I'm sure you do too.
