I know you have a Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard.

It ultimately reduces peak demand, which saves the cost of constructing new generating plants.

Iowa has had a system since 2008, so this would not be a new issue to campaign on. I lobbied for the Ohio law in the same year. http://mwalliance.org/node/1867
