of Branstads coat tails,

The big money commericals

and the big turn out of republican early voters this time

I have to say, this poll lifted the spirits for sure.

Ernst pulling away from Braley, poll says

DES MOINES — Joni Ernst is pulling away from Bruce Braley in the final days before the election, a new poll suggests.

Ernst leads Braley by 4 percent — more than the margin for error — in the latest poll by Quinnipiac University, released Wednesday morning.

Quinnipiac, which has been polling in Iowa throughout the 2014 cycle, surveyed 817 likely voters from Oct. 22 to Oct. 27. The margin for error is 3.4 percent.

In this latest survey, 49 percent of respondents chose Ernst to 45 percent for Braley.

Still over 60,000 Dem absentee ballots out. Over 40,000 Rep. And 40,000 Ind. Lots of "sleepers."

Hopefully alarms sound soon, people awaken from their slumber, and they CARE enough to vote.

If not, then we've failed to communicate a meaningful message that is personal, connects, and resonates with voters enough to spark their enthusiasm.

I've already voted for him, but frankly I've found Braley's campaign and the events I've attended uninspiring and downright boring.

In the courthouse "Joni's former office". Harkin won Montgomery County in 2008 but they love the loon from the "Little White City" Stanton.

Such a soul-soothing reminder: WOMEN WILL DECIDE THIS ELECTION. Iowa women, let's go!

4-0 here, although 3 are voting on Tuesday.
